ALTA Land Survey
The purpose of an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey is to remove the “survey exception language” from the title insurance policy, and the survey extends title insurance coverage. It is prepared for the purpose of providing you, your lender, and your title insurance company with the survey information (parcel boundaries, existing improvements, possible encroachments, recorded easements and other potential legal encumbrances, etc.) necessary for issuing American Land Title Association or extended coverage title insurance for your property.

Most ALTA surveys are completed concurrently with the closing of a loan during an escrow period, thus we assign these surveys with a high priority in order to meet applicable deadlines.
